The Sacral Chakra is our centre of feelings and creativity.   This is the second chakra to develop as a child when we start to understand our relation to our inner and outer world and decide how we’re going to express those reactions.  This chakra is where our appetite for life, our creativity for ideas and projects are birthed.  
The sacral chakra is associated with the realm of emotions. It’s the centre of our feelings and sensations and is particularly active in our expression of our sensual desires. Motivated by pleasure, it’s the driving force for the enjoyment of life through the senses, whether it’s auditory, through taste, touch, or sight. Opening your sacral chakra allows you to “feel” the world around and in us. As such, it’s an important chakra at the foundation of our feeling of well-being.  This chakra is instrumental in developing flexibility in our life. When the sacral chakra is balanced, your relationship with the world and yourself is more nurturing and harmonious. In this meditation, we call in the Angels to clear and balance your sacral chakra.
