The Throat Chakra is an important instrument of communication and expression. It is about expression of yourself; your truth, your purpose in life, your creativity. When we don’t speak up for ourselves, or swallow words that should be expressed, this chakra can easily get blocked. Once blocked, it can quickly affect the flow to the heart chakra below it and sometimes cause physical ailments in the throat.
